1.項目背景Background
  隨著光伏行業(yè)的發(fā)展,部分地區(qū)村級變壓器及工業(yè)用電變壓器容量與光伏項目的裝機容量處于飽和。電網(wǎng)公司要求對后建的光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)為不可逆流發(fā)電系統(tǒng),指光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)所發(fā)生的電由本地負載消耗,多余的電不允許通過低壓配電變壓器向上級電網(wǎng)逆向送電。
